ForMaster's is a Cleveland, Ohio based roll forming manufacturer. For over 25 years, we have served the Tool and Die and OEM industry. Our Mentor facility offers the complete roll forming process, from design to production. The facility has the capability to design and manufacture roll formed shapes, and with our specialized tooling, the entire process is completed in-house.
ForMaster's supplies rolled formed steel products to automotive, shelving, construction, appliance, and heavy equipment industries with quality roll-formed products and roll stamping. Our tooling is produced in-house using Waterjet, CNC Machining centers, and Wire EDM machines and heat-treating furnace.
ForMaster's engineering is executed with the latest CAD/CAM software. Our products and tooling are made with state-of-the-art CNC machines. All our metal forming products are manufactured under the requirements of an ISO 9001:2008 certified quality system.
ForMaster's engineering department uses a Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine for advanced measuring and testing. The combination of our CMM and advanced CAD software guarantees perfection in each piece we produce.

ForMaster's employs several stamping lines with our newly refinished roll forming machines. Each line is meticulously disassembled, cleaned, painted, and put back together to operate at a high-efficiency rate. Our stamping lines are capable of stamping up to 80 parts per minute. With several lines running continuously, we are able to produce quantities unmatched in the industry. Each line is thoroughly maintained by skilled technicians, and we take pride in a safe, clean working environment.
